1. A BEAN BAG.

Most of the colleges offer only a single chair in dorm. A bean bag is helpful when your friends hit your room. Students in dorm spend most of their times in beds which create a tendency to sleep in such cases a bean bag is handy. One can sit on this bean bag and watch their favourite tv shows on their laptops, read a novel, etc.., It feels comfortable too.

2. AN ELECTRIC KETTLE.

Students generally do night outs. The median time of sleeping can be 1 A.M. In such cases students generally feel hungry. It's often expensive to order food in the night mess. So what can one do. You wonder to know that we can cook almost anything in an electric kettle. Maggi is the most common food that students make in a dorm. You can search for recipes of other foods that can be cooked on an electric kettle on google.

3. AN IRON BOX.

An Iron box is very useful. Consider you have a presentation next day and its sunday when laundry is not open. In such cases an iron box is only way to get your work done.

4. A STUDY LAMP.

It is obvious to use a study lamp when you are in a sharing dorm. But it is good to use study lamp whenever you are studying in nights even if you are in a single dorm. By using a study lamp one can study with great concentration as everything else apart from a book is not visible.

5. A BLUETOOTH SPEAKER.

 Most of the laptop speakers sucks. In such cases an additional speaker comes handy. Then why particularly a blue tooth speaker? The answer is pretty simple. It comes handy if you wanted to take it out and listen in Adda cafe. Or in an open place to practice dance,etc..,

6. A LAUNDRY BAG.

College students goes to laundry one in a week. Then what about those stinky clothes. Having a laundry bag solves this problem. As air flows through it clothes wont stink.

7. LED BULBS.

If you want to decorate your dorm and want to have a nice feel at nights when you hangout with friends in some different mood do it with led bulbs. It gives a nice background to hangout with friends or have a drink with them.

8. A PRINTER.

If you are an avid reader online you may come across some extraordinary articles which you wanted to retain with you. But it is gone as you clear your browsing history. Then what if you have a printer in your dorm itself? You can read and review your articles. Many feel like remembering more if they read in a hard copy rather than a soft copy. One can also print files like course outlines which are very handy and many universities just give soft copies of those.

9. AN EXTENSION CORD.

Consider an average college student. He will have a laptop, a smart phone, a tablet any music transistor. What if he have to charge them one after another as many dorms have very few sockets. Else consider your friends come to your dorm, then the most common request from them do you have any sockets to charge my mobile. In such cases having an extension cord may be very handy. You can charge all your electronic devices once at night and you are good to go with in the morning.

10. A DUST BIN.

Yes dust bin is must to maintain your room clean. To throw useless papers or delivery boxes or anything you  want to dispense.., And it would be easy for room cleaning staff for collecting your waste.
